Custom AI workflows that run inside AgentBox, PropertyMe and Rex - so your team spends its hours on listings and vendors, not admin. Live in 1-4 weeks, fixed price from $5,000.
30 min with our Director. No sales rep, no follow-up.
The actual product, live
This isn't a mockup. It's the AI workforce we built for an Eastern Suburbs agency.
Scroll inside the phone. You're looking at the AI workforce dashboard for an 8-staff Sydney agency - agents handling enquiries, maintenance, rent reviews and vendor reports in the background, hours saved this week, owner approvals queued for a sign-off. Same shape as what we'd build for your agency.
What every Horizon real estate build ships with
Specialist AI agents - one per workflow (enquiries, maintenance, applications, reports, marketing)
Multi-model routing - the right LLM picked for each task
Lives in your software - AgentBox, PropertyMe, Rex, REA Ignite, Domain, no new platform
Human-in-the-loop - principals approve price guides, advertising claims and final tenant decisions
Audit trail - every action logged with model, tokens, latency
The four workflows real estate agencies ask us for first.
Each one is a fixed-price single build. Live inside AgentBox, PropertyMe, Rex or your CRM in 1-4 weeks.
Buyer enquiry qualification and follow-up
AI reads every enquiry from realestate.com.au, Domain, your site and SMS, qualifies the buyer, and drafts the follow-up in the agent's voice. You hit approve, and Saturday's buyers stop going cold by Sunday.
Cuts buyer follow-up time by 70%. Saves ~6 hrs/week per agent.
Maintenance command for property managers
AI reads maintenance from email, SMS, the tenant portal and photos, ranks it by urgency, picks the trade, and drafts the owner approval pack with a recommendation. You sign off, and tenants hear back in an hour, not three days.
Tenant response time drops from days to hours. Saves a PM ~8 hrs/week.
Weekly vendor reports and campaign feedback
AI pulls portal views, open-home turnout and buyer feedback into a drafted vendor report by Friday afternoon. You review and send, and the Sunday-night drafting sessions are over.
Weekly vendor cadence without losing anyone's Friday.
Rental application packs and renewal recommendations
AI runs the missing-doc check on every application and builds a side-by-side comparison pack for the landlord with risk flags. At renewal, it pulls comparable rents and drafts the review recommendation, so the landlord call gets shorter.
Application turnaround drops to same-day. Renewals stop falling through.
The cost question
An AI workforce alongside every agent you already have.
Sydney agencies are leaking listing time. Agents spend two-thirds of every afternoon on enquiries, maintenance chasing, vendor follow-up and inspection admin - work that doesn't open a home or sign a vendor. One Horizon AI workflow build runs $5,000-$10,000 once. It runs the routine work behind every agent and property manager you've already got, so the team spends its hours on the listings, the vendors and the inspections. Most agencies see the build pay for itself inside the first quarter.
Not the agent's job. Just the part of the day that should never have been the agent's job.
From Sydney real estate agencies
What it sounds like when this works.
Composite quotes from Sydney real estate engagements. Roles and agency sizes are real; client names are withheld by request.
Saturday opens used to lose half the buyers to Sunday silence. Horizon's enquiry workflow drafts the follow-up by Saturday evening with the buyer's history and matching stock attached. I hit send before I'm home.
Maintenance was eating my Mondays. Photos came in, we classified, called trades, chased quotes, asked owners. The Horizon build does the classification and the quote pack. Owners get the approval with three quotes in an hour, not three days.
Vendor reports used to mean a Sunday night drafting session. The AI pulls the portal data, the open-home feedback, and the buyer enquiries into a draft report by Friday afternoon. I review and send. Vendors love the cadence.

How it goes
Three steps from first call to live workflow.
01
30-min audit call
You tell us the workflow you'd rather not be doing. We tell you whether AI is the right fix and roughly what it would cost. If it's not the right fix, we say so. No follow-up sequence.
02
One-page scope + quote
If it's a fit, within 48 hours you get a one-page scope - trigger, AI step, approval gate, output - and a fixed price quote. You approve or you don't. No code is written until you sign.
03
Build, test, live in 1-4 weeks
We build the workflow inside your software, test it against your real data, document the runbook, and train you on the approval gate. Then it runs every time the trigger fires - week after week, without you thinking about it.
Common questions
What Sydney real estate agencies ask us first.
How long does the build take?
Most workflows ship in 1-4 weeks once we agree the scope. Discovery and scoping run in parallel during week 1; build, test and handover happen in weeks 2-4. You see the workflow running on real agency data before you sign off.
How much does it cost?
Fixed price from $5,000 for a single workflow. Most real estate builds land in the $5,000-$10,000 range depending on integration complexity and approval steps. We scope and quote in writing before any code is written - you know the number before you commit.
Does it work with AgentBox, PropertyMe or Rex?
Yes. We work inside the CRM and trust accounting tools you already use. AgentBox, Rex, Box+Dice, VaultRE, PropertyMe, PropertyTree, Console Cloud, MRI Property Tree, realestate.com.au Ignite, Domain, DocuSign, InspectRealEstate, Snug, 1Form, Pricefinder and CoreLogic. If your stack isn't here, ask on the call.
Will the AI send messages to my buyers, vendors or tenants on its own?
No. Every client-facing output - vendor reports, buyer follow-ups, tenant maintenance updates, landlord approval requests - has a human approval gate. An agent or principal signs everything that goes out. The AI does the prep work; you sign the output.
Is my CRM, trust account and tenant data safe?
Yes. Every workflow has a defined data path and audit trail. Agency data stays inside your existing systems - we don't store it in our infrastructure. Frontier model providers (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) are used on enterprise-grade plans where your prompts aren't used to train future models. Trust accounting reads stay read-only; trust-account movements remain a human-only operation.
What happens if I don't think it'll work?
On the 30-min audit we'll either show you a workflow we'd build, or we'll tell you AI isn't the right fix for what you're describing. We don't sell builds that aren't going to earn out. No follow-up sales sequence.

30 minutes with our Director - not a sales rep. Bring the workflow you'd rather not be doing yourself; we will scope what it would cost to automate and what you would save, before the call ends.
