Matter intake was the bottleneck. Horizon mapped how we actually triaged enquiries, not how we thought we did, and built an assistant that drafts the conflict check and engagement letter from the first call. New matters open the same day now, and we are not hiring a paralegal this year.
Our core software only runs on Windows. Horizon automated the workflow around it, and we are very happy with how it works.
Compliance reviews on new client files were eating two days a week of my time. Horizon's automation reads the file, checks against our AFSL obligations and writes a first-pass review note.
