How do we start?
Book a free 30‑min AI audit. You tell us the workflow you'd rather not be doing yourself, we tell you whether AI is the right fix and roughly what it would cost. If AI isn't the right fix, we say so. No follow-up sales sequence.
How long does the first AI workflow take?
Most first workflows ship in one to two weeks once access is in place. Discovery and scoping usually run in parallel during the first week, with build, testing and a human-review handover in the second.
Can Horizon AI work with our existing software?
Yes. We map the CRM, inbox, documents, calendar, finance and sector-specific tools your team already uses, then choose the lightest integration path. We work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Xero, MYOB, Slack, Teams and most major Australian industry platforms.
Is our data safe?
Every workflow has a defined data path, an access map, an approval gate and an audit trail. Sensitive data stays inside the systems your team already controls; we do not store client data in our own infrastructure unless it is explicitly scoped and approved.
Who owns the automations after launch?
You do. Workflows are built inside your accounts, your software, your AI keys and your data. We hand over a written operating note for each automation and you can keep running it without us.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. After handover you can engage Horizon AI on a per-task basis or on a dedicated implementation rhythm for ongoing builds, improvements and new workflows. Both options are scoped on the discovery call.
