What we confirmed about the Karbon connection
- Karbon already has native AI for summaries and email help inside Karbon. Horizon's extra role is joining approved Karbon records to Microsoft 365 and other systems, then coordinating reviewed actions across them.
- Karbon access does not automatically carry each person's normal visibility limits, so client and record boundaries are set before anything is connected.
- Work done through the connection is not automatically recorded against an individual Karbon user, so the workflow keeps its own approval trail.
- Hidden and private contacts stay out of reach unless Karbon and your account administrator approve them.
