Engagement and delivery options

A partner for designing and building custom AI systems.

Engage Horizon AI for the assessment, design or implementation work your business needs, with the scope and responsibilities agreed up front.

The scope

What this work gives you.

01

A clear engagement

An assessment, a defined implementation or ongoing support chosen around the work you actually need.

02

Written responsibilities

Scope, deliverables, dependencies, acceptance criteria and who provides system access and business decisions.

03

A practical handover

The agreed documentation, account ownership and support arrangements so the system has an owner after delivery.

Illustrative workflow

Start with the level of certainty you have

A business with a clear process and available access may be ready to scope a build. Another may need an assessment before it can choose a useful use case. We use the first conversation to understand that starting point and propose the appropriate engagement, with any paid work agreed separately.

Getting started

Bring the work into the conversation.

Bring your business objective, existing systems and any delivery requirements. You do not need a completed technical specification to have the introductory conversation.

The free 30-minute AI audit is an introductory call. Any detailed assessment, build or support engagement is scoped and quoted separately.

Common questions

Answers before we start.

Do you work with businesses across Australia?
Yes. Discovery, reviews and handover can be delivered remotely. Any onsite requirement needs to be agreed as part of the engagement.
Can we engage you for advice without a build?
Yes. Assessment and strategy are separate options. A subsequent implementation requires an accepted scope rather than following automatically from the advice.
