Ongoing improvement and support

Keep your automation useful as the business changes.

Plan improvements, maintain agreed workflows and review their operation through an explicit delivery and support arrangement.

The scope

What this work gives you.

01

An agreed backlog

Improvements ranked by business need, support findings and the effort required to test and release them.

02

Defined support coverage

The systems covered, response expectations, monitoring responsibilities and how additional work is approved.

03

A controlled release rhythm

A repeatable way to review changes, test affected workflows, document the release and recover if it fails.

Illustrative workflow

Adapt a workflow when the source system changes

A software update changes a field used by an existing workflow. Under the agreed support scope, we assess the effect, adjust the connection and test representative tasks before release. The change log records what changed, and the team knows whether any work needs to be checked or completed manually.

Getting started

Bring the work into the conversation.

Bring an inventory of existing workflows, their owners, current problems and the backlog. For inherited systems, a technical review may be needed before support can be quoted.

The free 30-minute AI audit is an introductory call. Any detailed assessment, build or support engagement is scoped and quoted separately.

Common questions

Answers before we start.

Can you support an automation built by another supplier?
We can assess it first. Documentation, account ownership, source access and maintainability determine whether we can take responsibility and what remediation is needed.
Is every improvement included in a support fee?
The agreement states the included capacity and responsibilities. A new workflow or a material expansion is scoped explicitly so the priorities and cost are visible.
